Doctor of Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and trained at the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, United States, Miriam Subirana is an international speaker who combines leadership skills with the use of art and creative meditation techniques, designed to arouse and execute the creative potential of those who participate in their seminars. She is a member of the Oxford Leadership Academy, UK, and the foundation Integrating Spirituality and Leadership in Organizations of Delhi, India. Contributor to magazines like Healthy Mind, Positive Psychology, El País Semanal and Donna and on shows like L’ofici de viure (The profession of living) of Catalunya Radio or Bricolatge emocional (DIY emotional) in TV3/Televisió de Catalunya, also coordinates numerous programs, projects, seminars and retreats that aim to help to know yourself, rediscover identity and enjoy a fuller life. Regularly lectures and courses in different cities in Spain and in many countries in Europe, Asia and America. From 1986 to 2008 she was president of the Brahma Kumaris organization, established in India in 1937 and declared a public utility by the Spanish Interior Ministry in 2001 and is currently director of YesOuiSi, international space of creativity, spirituality and coaching.
